I bought this bed for our almost 2 1/2 year old girl. It is absolutely adorable!!! We chose the natural finish, which ended up being a little lighter than I anticipated. It's a very blonde color, but it works nicely with the other pine finish wood furniture in her room. It was fairly easy to assemble although the directions could have been a little clearer (watch out for the different bolt/screw sizes...there are at least 4 different sizes that are nearly the same size but they aren't interchangeable!) All in all, it is very sturdy (I sit on it to tuck her in at night) and the Jenny Lind design makes it classically cute. Definitely the BEST bed for the money!!!

This bed was purchased for my 3 year old daughter as she transitions from crib to a bed with no rails. Assembly was easy enough and the bed has wooden slat construction making it very sturdy and stable. The wood is also lightweigh and I was easily able to move it around from room to room. The white paint finish also looks good and I like knowing it is non-toxic (it was made in China). I was afraid the side railings may not be long enough to keep my daughter contained at night so I put blankets and pillows down around it. This proved unnecessary though because she never had any problems. I would purchase this item again and I may do that for her grandparent's house!

This might be a great bed but it is impossible to assemble because none of the required bolts and nuts were included in the shipment. I followed the procedure for missing parts and tried to contact the manufacturing company. I first tried to call them and discovered their phone number is disconnected. Over the past month I have tried twice to email them. Twice I received a auto generated reply that they received my email, but the company has not contacted me to resolve the issue.
I suppose I can return the entire shipment if I have not already missed the refund deadline, but what a waste of time, effort, and unnecessary disappointment for the little girl waiting for her first bed.

This bed is absolutely darling. Wish they still made white. Unless your buying a sick $2000 toddler bed, this is the sweetest one there is for the price. Our little Sugar (18 mo) just loves it. Directions are not very good but I put it together myself in about 20 mins. I purchased the espresso color. The spindles are just sweet and darling.

I bought this as a temporary bed between crib and full size for my granddaughter. I put it together myself in about 20 minutes. It is surprisingly sturdy and the paint job is good. Perfect height eliminating the fear of child getting hurt falling out of bed. The permenantly attached side rails are a nice feature giving child a sense of coziness not confinement. I reccomend this bed highly for transition stage.
