I got this step stool for my children to use in the restroom for brushing their teeth, using the potty, etc, but I find it extremely useful and easily transportable for everyday use, such as reaching high places. Plus, it's attractive and doesn't have to be hidden.

This step stool is perfect for my toddler. It's sturdy and easy to assemble.

I ordered this stool. A package came in the mail and I thought there must be some mistake. A factory cut box from China came with a VERY similar looking stool that lacked the little cut-out that is pictured on Amazon. The vertical portion of the steps was just a solid piece of wood, not the shaped one that is shown. So, I returned the item to exchange it for the correct product and let Amazon know the issue. A few days later the exact same thing came to my door. So, if you were purchasing this stool and hoping for the attractive little cut-out portion between the steps, don't buy. I still put the stool together and am using it because we really need a stool and otherwise the function is just fine. It does slip around on the ground if your child leans against a counter while standing on it, so just take care to watch for that. I put it on our bathroom mat in the bathroom and that prevents it from slipping in front of the sink. Very solid and otherwise great stool. Just a little peeved that it is NOT the item pictured.

the second step doesn't have enough support underneath. It broke on the first day and my daugther felt on the floor.

This stepstool is very sturdy and has held up nicely to use. It is easy to put together, easy to clean and the steps are big enough that little feets don't slip or fall off. I wish it were a bit higher because it is a bit short for a european height countertop in the bathroom, but now that my daughter is almost 2, it seems to work great.
