5Great bike for startersJan 10, 2010
By BJ
Santa brought this bike for my almost 2 yr old. She loves it because it has a real horn and turn signals plus it's small enough that her feet can actually fit on the pedals. Just make sure you look at the dimensions, as it is an extremely small bike that you adjust by sliding the seat as your child grows. My daughter is in the 50 percentile for her height and I can't imagine this will last her more than a year but it is a great starter bike for the price (I paid around $35.00 at Christmas time).

1Not very adjustableJan 17, 2010

Purchasers should know that this bike only adjusts in the length, not the height. The bar between front wheel/handles and seat slides. However, it is NOT sufficient to create enough change for the age ranges listed on the description (1.5 to 3 years). My son is 2 - and he is on the short side (5th % on the growth chart) - and already it was too short for him. This would really only work for a VERY young child - and then I'm not sure that they'd be coordinated enough to pedal. So all in all, it doesn't seem like a very workable toy. We returned it.

1Would not buy again or recommend.Nov 05, 2010

We love Radio Flyer products and have found they are very durable for our son and his rough play. However, this one is very dangerous. It is not stable and tips sideways and backwards, even with proper use. The design isn't stable at all. I would not buy it or recommend it to anyone.

5Great BikeNov 24, 2009

Bike works well and my son loved it. The front large sticker peeled off almost instantly though. I emailed the Radio Flyer customer service and had to bargain with them to send replacement stickers. Otherwise, the functionality of the bike is great and adjusts to the height of the child.

1Poor qualitySep 07, 2011

I bought it because it was metal and looked durable. But hey, they made ONE crucial part of plastic (in the seat lock mechanism) - and it broke after 3.5 months, too late to return it. That does it for me.
