RETURN POLICY:

Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal, thus we offer a 15 day money back guarantee on all items sold (with the exception of Furniture and lighting products which are subject to a 25% restocking fee and skincare items are not eligible for return).

Please keep in mind, Skincare items are not eligible for return or refund for various health care reasons.  Please make your selections carefully.

All  products that are returned must be in the original condition in which they were shipped i.e. Unopened, Unused product.

If you have decided to return an item please follow these steps,  first email us at sales@tottoteenstore.com  to obtain an return authorization number (which is valid for up to 15 days) the item can then be returned for a refund.
 
Please note the money back guarantee does not cover any shipping costs including items that qualified for free shipping if returned then shipping costs will apply and deducted from your refund.

Please do not return items without an authorization as they will be refused or returned to sender.

We suggest using a shipping method that is traceable and any item valued over $50.00 have shipping insurance.
 
Please remember all returned merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all packing materials, tags, manuals, and registration cards intact. After inspection approval of the above criteria, you will be issued a refund.

All refunds are processed by Amazon and credited back to the original credit card used. Refunds may take up to a week to appear on your account.

DAMAGED/SHORTED ITEMS:

In case of any freight damage or shortages it must be reported within 72 hours from when your package is delivered. All packaging must be kept .including all shipping boxes and materials. A claim will be filed on your behalf for the damaged or shorted items. If an item arrives damaged, we can only ship another item via the same shipping speed as the original shipment

We only refund shipping costs if a wrong item was sent in our error.

If a package is refused upon delivery, there will be a $10.00 refusal fee plus our actual shipping costs which include the freight to and from the customer.
