DAMAGED/SHORTED ITEMS:
if the are any freight damage or shortages it must be reported within 72 hours from when your package is delivered. All packaging must be kept .including all shipping boxes and materials. A claim will be filed on your behalf for the damaged or shorted items. We only refund shipping costs if a wrong item was sent in our error. If an item arrives damaged, we will reship another item via the same shipping method as the original .
RETURN POLICY:
Our goal is your complete satisfaction, thus we offer a 15 day money back guarantee on all items sold. If you have decided to return an item please follow these steps, first call us at 845-342-0063 to obtain an return authorization number (which are valid for up to 15 days ) the item can then be returned for a refund. Please note the money back guarantee does not cover any shipping costs including items that qualified for free shipping if returned then shipping costs will apply and deducted from your refund. Please do not return items without an authorization as they will be refused and returned to sender. We suggest using a shipping method that is track-able. After inspecting the item we will issue credit.
Please remember all returned merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all packing materials, tags, manuals, and registration cards. After inspection approval of the above criteria, you will be issued a refund.
All refunds are processed by Amazon and credited back to the original credit card used. Refunds may take up to a week to appear on your account
